BUILT FROM THE GROUND UP

Our Story

Founded in Carthage, Texas with an East Coast presence in Boston, MA, LandAxis has grown from deep field expertise into a diversified infrastructure consulting firm. We serve the full spectrum of energy and infrastructure projects: oil & gas, solar, wind, battery energy storage, data centers, fiber, and gas interconnect.

Our Hybrid Advantage was born from our founders bringing together two worlds that were never meant to be separate — the field-tested rigor of energy-sector land acquisition and the strategic vision of commercial & industrial development. While most firms specialize in one discipline, LandAxis operates at the intersection of both.

With 28+ projects completed across the country and 40+ service offerings, we're positioned at the center of infrastructure growth. Data center power demand is projected to triple to 134 GW by 2030. We're ready.

One Firm, Full Scope

Instead of coordinating multiple vendors, you get ROW, title, environmental, development, PM/CM, and inspection from a single firm with aligned incentives and integrated workflows.

We Get In Early

Early-stage involvement in site selection, feasibility, and preliminary design prevents costly rework and keeps projects on track from day one.

Abandoned Corridor Access

Proprietary relationships and deep experience with underutilized corridors open faster, lower-friction routes for transmission, fiber, and gas projects.
